Booking policy
- Rescheduling. Free and self service, up to 24 hours before the session, once per booking.
- Cancellation. Full refund more than 48 hours ahead. 50% between 48 and 24 hours. No refund under 24 hours.
- No show. No refund. Online sessions are held for 15 minutes.
- Late arrival. The session still ends at the scheduled time.
- Refunds. Issued through HesabPay to the paying account, allow up to 7 working days.
